First of all, I can say that this youth exchanges enriched my cultural understanding and improved my English speaking skills.
An added value of the project was the fact that it facilitated, through a lot of session, the discussion about selective recycling and I felt that the agenda was constructed in such way that we could share best practices from our own countries and also brainstorm new idea for recycling.
I enjoyed very much the time spent with all the people I’ve met and I believe that each of the participants gain some valuable knowledge about working in teams, working in intercultural environments and creating new ideas.
